‘Unprecedented’. That word has been bandied around a lot in the past year or so – and with good reason.
The pandemic brought with it a lot of uncertainty – for the previous owners of Authentic Furniture and now, for us – but we continue to work hard behind the scenes, often around the clock, to help you refresh your home and feel happier in your space.
Some of you may have noticed that our TrustPilot account has taken a bit of a hit – with some less-than glowing reviews coming our way. While we don’t like to apportion any blame to the pandemic, what we will say is that during the transitional period (that saw the previous owners step away and our team step in) there were, of course, a few teething troubles, on top of some covid-related obstacles.
We’re working doubly hard to rectify things and ensure the pieces you receive more than meet your expectations. We’re a small, dedicated firm and we put our all into what we do.
