Brilliant customer service, had samples of leather sent through the post before we went in. There were so many different sofas to choose from it was a difficult decision. However, the whole experience turned out to be a positive one. My dad always said ‘buy nice or by twice’. The craftsmanship that goes into the sofas is second to none.
