From payment of your deposit and confirmation of your order your lead time will begin. After approximately 6-7 weeks our despatch team will be in contact to inform you of an estimated delivery time frame. We do most of our deliveries Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm but weekend deliveries can be organised if necessary although this may increase the timeframe slightly. Please let us know when you order so that we can arrange this for you.
We work in partnership with a trusted and experienced furniture delivery company that provides a white glove, two man delivery service. This includes situating your furniture in you room or choice and taking away any packaging for recycling. Your delivery team will contact you either the evening before or on the morning of the delivery to give you an 2-3 hour delivery window. If requested, they can also give you a call when they are close by to give you an update on their progress.
Following placing an order, we may also need to send you a simple delivery questionnaire to help ensure that any large pieces of furniture can be easily delivered into your home. Please note all deliveries require a signature from an adult on delivery, please check over your furniture and make sure you are happy with everything before signing. On many occasions we have made furniture for customers living abroad; from Iceland to Italy, Madrid to Monaco and even Singapore. Although we don’t have a global logistics solution ourselves, we can deliver your furniture to any UK mainland port and are more than happy to help source a third party logistics solution. Please note, that any furniture exported outside of the UK mainland is no longer covered by our our guarantee or 21 days free returns policy.
21 day FREE returns
We understand its a big decision ordering a sofa or dining table online, especially when you are unable to visit us beforehand. That’s why we try and pack our site with as much information about our furniture as possible. In addition to that, we wanted to give our customers complete peace of mind when ordering. That is why we built our 21 days FREE returns policy.
Simple and straightforward; if for any reason you’re not 100% delighted with your Authentic furniture when it arrives, just let us know and we can either take it away then and there, or we can come back and collect it, free of charge.
As long as you let us know within 21 days from the date of delivery, we will refund you in full, including any initial delivery cost. All we ask is that the item(s) being returned are unused, undamaged and in the same condition as they arrived in. For more information please see our terms & conditions.
